our side of the pond could definitely take a few lessons from the kids of japan dont you think?? haha as for the tapas, they are all in one sitting. the portions are a lot smaller so everyone can try a bunch of dishes. it's fun to do it in a group cause you order a whole bunch of stuff and just share!
