I loved the color combination of this outfit. They reminded me of a creamsicle, the orange outer jacket with the cream colored dress. I've become very interested in the Resort 2010 collections.

After finding Resort 2010 suddenly yesterday I decided to look through some of the other collections today. This collection caught my eye with the colors and the dresses that look perfect for summer. I'm assuming Resort is like a summer line of clothing but I'm not sure. Everything in the collection sure looks like it is geared toward the summertime. I really enjoyed how she used a lot of different materials in this one collection, it really shows you don't have to wear only one lightweight fabric all summer but that matching and mixing pieces made of different materials can present a wonderful effect while still allowing you to feel summery.

I think I need to write more. After being delighted by the commentary on many a blog I feel like writing a lot! Unfortunately I usually dislike everything I write on my blog. A little commentary can usually turn out fine but once I start writing like a maniac and getting all my thoughts down in the little blog bubble then I start hating every word I've written. And especially since I know n-o-t-h-i-n-g about fashion except for perusing websites and blogs I'm never confident as to how well my commentary is going. This is the reason you haven't seen a lot of writing on my blog in the past. I hope everyone understands and from now on I'll try and write a little more.

I just stumbled upon Resort 2010 as I had no clue there was such a thing. That shows how much I really know about fashion shows and the such. I really like this coat from Basso and Brooke though!

One of my favorite designers for the Fall 2009 runway shows would have to be Anna Sui. She had an array of colors and styles but pretty much all of her designs were gorgeous.

I really liked this editorial (Velvet, June 2009, Heather Marks). The beach scene in the background was really nice and I also really liked the outfits (4, 8, and 11 were my favorites). Thanks to all of you who have left me such nice comments!

Summer=Swimsuits

While perusing TeenVogue.com yesterday I came upon a small editorial about swimsuits. I was enchanted by some of the pictures and decided to post my three favorites here.

I like the yellow jacket a lot, the way it was billowing when the picture was taken really enhanced the photo. Plus who wouldn't want to own that styling surfboard. (Personally I couldn't find the swimsuit here)

This was probably my favorite of the three pictures I chose. I loved the contrast of the colors, especially the colors in the blue wrap/scarf thing she was wearing.
Flys on a surfboard, the idea doesn't sound so ingenious but it looks really cool. Plus the beret and the long sleeve swim suit. This makes me want to go buy a styling swimsuit!
